shopsD Posted October 15, 2011 Author Share Posted October 15, 2011 Conflict Update: In GECK I've noticed two teleport markers using the Goodsprings school building. I'm not sure if this is a conflict related to Afterschool Special mod or if its supposed to be like that since I didn't bother to check where the markers led to. Either way, I intend to check it out soon. I've also heard conflicts with AWOP and Goodsprings filler involving a house that is sold to you being the same as an owned house or something like that. Could someone please specify the house and I will see to any compatibility issues. Lastly I've considered making a quest mod involving TES lore (more specifically the knights of the nine). It's mainly about an NPC who does research into really ancient history unearthing things about Tamriel (sort of merging the Fallout and Elder Scrolls universe together). The quest will be very similar to the Knights of the Nine DLC in searching for the relics. It's a sort of an archaeological quest mod that in some ways is lore friendly and others is not. I've only just working on it (writing out the quest and dialogue not done anything in GECK) and I really hope I finish it but I seem to have less time for modding these days. I've also added badlands and I'm testing it out. (I want to make sure I there are no current conflicts). Will give you feedback soon. Later I will be testing out WMX and Project Reality. (and see if I can create a compatibility patch similar to nVamp but on a smaller scale)Please endorse them if you like them. While the new leveled list organizer mod may not be compatible with too many other mods atm, Going without it and crafting ammo for yourself should be very compatible with other mods. I couldn't find it on newvegasnexus so I assumed it is yet to be uploaded there. The mod developer (Pelinor) is currently looking for testers for the mod. Does anyone know how to play offline when you don't have internet access (please don't tell me I should go and select "go offline" on steam because that requires internet access). About the house in Goodsprings a quote from AWOP docs: "A World Of Pain Location Guide [Contains Minor Spoilers]: 2x Abandoned Goodsprings ShacksLocated in Goodsprings, look out for the long dark brown shacks. One belongs to the local gun shop owner Frankie and you will lose karma if you take his stuff. " The local gun shop owner (also created by AWOP) sells you the house. Last but not least, many thanks for reproducing the Knights of the Nine a la wasteland stile. Can you please post your "Active Mod Files:" in a text file format? Thanks Edit: why do some lines like 41 or 5B consist of grouped mods with the ++ sign, why not put then in seperate numbered lines?
