Stuck On Startup Loading Screen

Everytime i try to start up my oblivion through mod manager. It goes to this loading screen before the menu. The bar loads a bit and stops. I tried letting it load for a whole night and stays the same. This happened after i tried installing FCOM. BTW i followed the fcom guide really carefully especailly the one with the youtube video guide.

anyone able to solve this. ALSO THIS IS NOT CTD

this is obviously needed because one of your listed mods is more out of date than a Commadore 64

 

BTW several of your mods require OBSE and you didn't state you were using it.

i will be specific

All those what u said, i already had it. I always read boss, Had OBSE. Did Wrye Bash. Used Ram boost. 4gb patch

Can u tell me which one is outdated? none of the boss said any of them is outdated

well i been searching through a lot of problems about this. I found out one thing. If you uncheck FCOM_Convergence in Import Actor:Spells. It works like a charm. Does it suppose to go like that? Because many people has the same issue as this.
