If you want to stay with Intel:

CPU: any i5-2400 or 2500k(if you want to overclock at all) The 2400 is $190 and the 2500k is $220

Motherboard: Asus P8Z68-V ($180) or Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 ($160)

RAM: any DDR3 at 1333 MHz will do and is very cheap

PSU: Antec High Current Gamer Series HCG-750 750W ($100)

As for video cards, I'd wait for the next generation of cards. The GTX 465 is still good by itself and most manufacturers no longer make it. nVidia's upcoming Kepler architecture should be out in spring of 2012 (delayed.)

The bulldozer CPU's are coming, which might be a good upgrade.

Lets hope the get here fast before they get crushed Intel's ivy bridge and socket 2011 sandy bridge CPU's

The AMD processors will probably have a better price/performance ratio though, and the motherboards are cheaper.

For the video cards, your good now and both amd and nVidia will bring out 28nm cards in early 2012 both of which will have significant performance gain over their predecessors.
