essexfuzz
Just for fun I decided to turn my resolution back up to 1920x1080 and turn on Ubersampling. Everything else was set to high spec. I got a consistent 14-15 fps. It looked amazing and describing the gameplay is a bit weird because it seemed less responsive and not really smooth, but it never seemed choppy or jittery. I dunno if that makes sense at all. With ubersampling off and my resolution lowered a bit it will run right around 27-30 fps, if I turn the resolution down even more I can get the framerate up into the low 40s. Again that's all with the 'high spec' settings. So now since my PC only has a single PCI-E slot I have to somehow convince my wife that spending about $3k on a second computer is a really good idea. I'm thinking hypnosis.
essexfuzz
Slight edit: Now that i have my gpu overclocked a bit I can actually run in 1920x1080 without dropping below 24fps, even during battle in the caves in act2 which has a ton of dynamic lighting. I still wish I had a few grand lying around that I could dump into a new SLI based machine.
