Elenear
Hello all Apologies for starting a new topic if this was already covered somewhere else. I searched the forums, but couldn't find the answer to my problem. I installed FCOM following the instructions from this topic: http://forums.bethsoft.com/index.php?/topic/1116296-relz-martsmonstermod37b3-public-release-3-relz// I used Progress and EEconomy, as advised. I took care to follow the instructions, double checked the load order (it is exactly as stated on the FCOM website) and still, I am getting CTD when startinfg a new game, shortly after the loading screen appears, and the loading bar fills about 1/3 and then it CTD. I use Alternative Start Arrive by Ship mod. I attached screenshots from my Wrye Bash - the load order and installed mods too. Please can someone advise what could be conflicting? Note the only thing I didn't do was cleaning the mods after BOSSing and rebuilding the patch. Could this be the reason? Sorry if it's a stupid question, but I'm really a newbie. Many thanks Screenshot 1 --> http://img593.imageshack.us/img593/9719/installers.jpgScreenshot 2 --> http://img854.imageshack.us/img854/56/modso.jpg
Keirgarth
Did you test your install after each mod was installed? You can't skip this step as it is always easiest to troubleshoot when an issue occurs with the last mod installed only. FCOM is a huge modification to the game and therefor is prone to having issues all the time. I can install it 10 times and have the results be different 10 different ways. HeyYou
Missing master crash... Check the Progress Readme, and see which one you are supposed to have in the load list.
Elenear
Thanks for your advice guys. I didn't test install after each install, but that's a really good (and - now - quite obvious!) suggestion. Will start from the scratch today, clean install.
