Bow requirements mod

I am not sure if this can be done, but I will ask just the same.

After looking at all the different bows out there, and some of the different mods for archery, I am left wanting something that better reflects reality to some extent. By this I am referring to the requirements to use each level of bow being changed a little. In real life a weak person is going to have a real hard time pulling a strong bow all the way back in order to fire with full effect. Is there a way to add a strength requirement to bows, or a penalty to bow types if your strength is not high enough to use the bow type?

Pulling a 150lb longbow is going to be a lot tougher than pulling a 50lb shortbow. Keeping the target is also going to be tougher unless you have the strength to handle the bow. Along these lines as well perhaps a bow similar to a compound bow would be interesting to have as well. These bows typically require a fairly high strength to draw initially, but as you get close to the set position, the cams allow for a lower strength to hold for aiming. Along with this can be added fire rate changes. With a higher strength you should be able to draw and fire the bow faster due to less strain when drawing as well as having learned how to load and fire properly and quickly. Similar to a sniper learning how to reload his rifle quickly after each shot.

That one does by making it take a lot more of your stamina on higher level bows. I have installed the mod and looked at how things work on it, but the strength requirement would be different in that you can't pull back a strong bow at all if you don't have the strength in your arms. I also didn't notice anything in the description that would let you load and draw faster as your skill increased as it should in real life. I realize no human is going to be as fast as Legolas from Lord of the Rings, but still, a skilled archer like the ninja of old were very quick with the longbow.
