Hickory
Please also note that NPC voices need not be overwritten to be nullified in-game, as the Valen Dreth example shows. It can happen that a mod alters dialog topics, or attaches conditions to dialog topics (ie. checks that the speaker/responder is a certain race) via quests or scripts. If you use custom races, these conditions will never be met without further checks or patches, as in the case with the fix for Valen Dreth and the Boethia Shrine quest. So it would be helpful if you could provide more information about what NPCs are missing voices, and in what situations. A proper load order list would help, too -- not a screenshot from OBMM. Wrye Bash is most helpful here, as it provides extra information about your installed mods.
zelazko
You have mis-read the guide. The guide states 'Do clean the official DLC", Yes, my fault. ^^Will I be able to play with my old saves after I clean DLCs and esps? I have not played for long time but I will list all NPCs with missing voice - those I've encountered so far. All of them are at Wawwent Inn or near it. NPCs missing voice: 1) Rowley Eardwulf (trader):-missing voice expect the 'rumor' dialogue option.2) Aldwin Merowald (fisherman):-missing all voices NPCs' voices that was restored after successful bash patching: 1) Nerussa (owner and trader at Wawwent Inn)2) Prisoner that start talking to us at the very beginning of the game3) Some Imperial Guards which were missing voice I have not cleaned yet DLCs and those epses. I will let you know when I will do it. It is time consuming to make pictures of mods in Wrye Bash list. Is there any log that saves load order of the mods? I would post it here. If there's none such log I'm going to take those pictures put them together and upload it here. ----Edit------ Also I don't understand this instruction regarding the cleaning order of the mods. Besides loading all explicit and implicit mods into TES4Edit in the right load order, the mod you are cleaning should always be the last mod loading in TES4Edit. This is crucial. Never, ever, ever clean a mod that has other mods loaded into TES4Edit after it! Some people also wonder in what order to clean mods that are related to each other, Again, the recommendation is to always work from the top downward. I should start cleaning from top to down? :psyduck:And what if the dependent mod of the master mod is in the very bottom of the loading order list? His button that would normally be the disposition button is actually his buy/sell button, which is only accessible at certain time and under certain circumstances. So that seems normal to me. This is why it's very important to close OBMM and then run BOSS (updated!) before starting a cleaning session. That way you can be sure that mods are in order. zelazko
Yes, save games look for content name, not the CRC of individual files. Thanks. Aldwin Merowald I am not sure about, but is he the only one now? Yes, so far, and I visited Imperial city a bit and met none NPC that had no dubbing. I talked to a lot of them. And to think that I was just about to clean DLCs and espes. Better wait for others to response to this message. Maybe BOSS did not sort all other mods in correct order. Loading order list - Active Mod Files: 00 Oblivion.esm [CRC: 2FF840C5] 01 CM Partners.esm [CRC: FC003718] 02 IceElfRace.esm [CRC: 608C310E] 03 HorseCombatMaster.esm [CRC: AC684E53] 04 X.Races.Comp.esm [CRC: ABB3EFB5] 05 Unofficial Oblivion Patch.esp [Version 3.2.0] [CRC: FBE175F0] 06 DLCShiveringIsles.esp [CRC: 2BB84977] 07 Sounds of Cyrodiil.esp [Version 1.1] [CRC: 5A11E6F3] 08 VanityCameraSmoother.esp [CRC: 0EF8F8E8] 09 personality_idles2.esp [CRC: AD4DB85E] 0A StandingJOJO.esp [CRC: 555DE4F7] 0B DropLitTorchOBSE.esp [Version 2.4] [CRC: 20E88EC2] 0C Map Marker Overhaul.esp [Version 3.9.1] [CRC: 00BC8073] 0D Map Marker Overhaul - SI additions.esp [Version 3.5] [CRC: 2B08755B] 0E DLCHorseArmor.esp [CRC: BAD48E5D] 0F DLCOrrery.esp [CRC: 5BC59DB4] 10 DLCVileLair.esp [CRC: 74D2CA6F] 11 DLCMehrunesRazor.esp [CRC: CB413740] 12 DLCSpellTomes.esp [CRC: 312156F8] ++ MaleBodyReplacerV4.esp [CRC: 2AD879A8] 13 DarkIllusionArmor.esp [CRC: F4E53E26] 14 Diano.esp [CRC: 721F1CDD] 15 Iron Maiden Set.esp [CRC: 73308979] 16 LadyDeath.esp [CRC: 0BAC5713] 17 Slof's Boners! v5.esp [CRC: 20E4D582] 18 Thieves Arsenal.esp [CRC: 2DE5B6D1] ++ Thieves_Arsenal_Patch_033010.esp [CRC: 0FDA4068] 19 SexyKunoichi.esp [CRC: 204075E6] 1A DLCThievesDen.esp [CRC: 05DB8CCC] 1B GTAesgaard.esp [Version 1.3] [CRC: E8F9347F] 1C Apachii_Goddess_Store.esp [CRC: 6633E61D] 1D DLCBattlehornCastle.esp [CRC: 7048C609] 1E DLCFrostcrag.esp [CRC: 2A7665FB] 1F Knights.esp [CRC: F1F478FA] 20 ElsweyrAnequina.esp [CRC: 54674372] 21 xuldarkforest.esp [Version 1.0.5] [CRC: B948EAE3] 22 xulStendarrValley.esp [Version 1.2.2] [CRC: FEC083A9] 23 xulTheHeath.esp [CRC: ADDF5F66] 24 XulEntiusGorge.esp [CRC: A900F10A] 25 xulFallenleafEverglade.esp [Version 1.3.1] [CRC: EF98D162] 26 xulColovianHighlands_EV.esp [Version 1.2.1] [CRC: 9C5A7A05] 27 xulChorrolHinterland.esp [Version 1.2.2] [CRC: E70A54FC] 28 xulBeachesOfCyrodiilLostCoast.esp [Version 1.6.4] [CRC: 64B503C9] 29 xulBravilBarrowfields.esp [Version 1.3.3] [CRC: 750D0226] 2A xulLushWoodlands.esp [Version 1.3.1] [CRC: 1E045FF7] 2B xulAncientYews.esp [Version 1.4.3] [CRC: 98F220FA] 2C xulAncientRedwoods.esp [Version 1.6] [CRC: E541D578] 2D xulCloudtopMountains.esp [Version 1.0.3] [CRC: 75E2FD36] 2E xulArriusCreek.esp [Version 1.1.3] [CRC: DF776E3A] 2F xulPatch_AY_AC.esp [Version 1.1] [CRC: FAEC8265] 30 xulRollingHills_EV_withoutWheat.esp [Version 1.3.3] [CRC: C5BB3148] 31 xulPantherRiver.esp [CRC: AD0A3B5E] 32 xulRiverEthe.esp [Version 1.0.2] [CRC: 52A9819F] 33 xulBrenaRiverRavine.esp [Version 1.1] [CRC: 9302AD30] 34 xulImperialIsle.esp [Version 1.6.7] [CRC: 17BE191B] 35 xulBlackwoodForest.esp [Version 1.1.0] [CRC: C1C3E5FA] 36 xulCheydinhalFalls.esp [Version 1.0.1] [CRC: 5FAB540B] 37 xulAspenWood.esp [Version 1.0.2] [CRC: 599BB21F] 38 xulSkingradOutskirts.esp [Version 1.0.1] [CRC: DABED778] 39 xulSnowdale.esp [Version 1.0.2] [CRC: 478C8B3E] 3A xulCliffsOfAnvil.esp [Version 1.12] [CRC: 701EF543] 3B xulSilverfishRiverValley.esp [Version 1.0.1] [CRC: 321351F1] 3C HUD Status Bars.esp [Version 5.0] [CRC: 1B71758C] 3D Vtoy.esp [CRC: B4CC13EE] 3E bondage_sex.esp [CRC: 3A4BA895] 3F Eroblivion.esp [CRC: 5C2362C6] 40 sexdarkness_Eng_only_last.esp [CRC: E78DFFEA] 41 BasicInstinct.esp [CRC: 07301629] 42 MidasSpells.esp [CRC: 1FB27B78] 43 Deadly Reflex 6 - Timed Block with no damage or durability changes.esp [CRC: 23085A2A] 44 Mounted_Spellcasting_Deadly_Reflex_Compatible.esp [CRC: 93072653] 45 DRSplatter.esp [CRC: 74B7D119] 46 CTAddPose_v_1.esp [CRC: B4E23FE4] 47 CTAddPose_ bondage_sex.esp [CRC: 3FABE04C] 48 CTAddPose_2ch_(Hentai).esp [CRC: CC7E92C5] 49 actors_in_charge.esp [CRC: 67B66FC4] 4A 77_Umpa_Animation.esp [CRC: 7DC2FE2C] 4B EFGAddPose.esp [CRC: A933F72A] 4C Chain it!.esp [CRC: 483C93AD] 4D shinyEmotions.esp [CRC: 985C87C5] 4E zzEstrus.esp [CRC: 69FF9FD1] 4F SP1stPLegs.esp [CRC: 04938CF0] 50 CM Partners.esp [CRC: C85C4FB3] 51 Nec Mystic High Elf-Remake.esp [Version 1.0] [CRC: 03CDF9A3] 52 _Ren_BeautyPack_full.esp [CRC: 04295125] 53 CM Partners More NPCs.esp [CRC: 49C3BCE9] 54 ambreskav02_default_anim.esp [CRC: F1CA3560] 55 DASakura.esp [CRC: 5A90D55E] 56 DAFeria.esp [CRC: 5CF42F9A] 57 DAKaleah.esp [CRC: 2B45E3A6] 58 DATiamsGirls.esp [CRC: 3AD82805] 59 DeadlyReflex 6 - Combat Moves.esp [CRC: 59A4E8C1] 5A DAAnastasia.esp [CRC: 674ABF50] 5B Gerrik.esp [CRC: 52B85C7F] 5C SelmaCM.esp [CRC: 67B04536] ++ TentaclePlant.esp [CRC: 69666962] 5D Bashed Patch, 0.esp [CRC: E2FD07C9]
