Kendo 2
Pretty cool. Glad they are using sliders to control Dirt and Scars. Must work like the age files in OB. Is a good thing.
Fatalmasterpiece
I sincerely hope more detailed facial customization is available in the construction set still or it's a big step backwards :/
mikedepreston
I can't see how it's a step backwards... character customisation is purely about looks, and it looks hugely better. Surely quality is far more important than quantity? And speaking of quantity.. I don't see facial hair, dirt, scars or facepaint options in Oblivion. Bloodinfested
Looks good this was the one thing I was wondering about. Looks like they didn’t gimp anything it might be a few less options but like in oblivion the few extra things didn’t do much of anything beside mess the hue up witch really don’t count lol. Then added a few more different options in there that actually add a lot to the toon such as war paint so overall looks like you can do more with the character creation

Fact that many MMOs have better customization features is a big step backwards. Purely on looks, it doesn't matter if the vanilla Skyrim models look better if my custom models from Oblivion still look better and have more customization options. So hopefully I can go into the construction set and adjust sliders to make my character look how I want instead of having to sculpt a whole new head in Zbrush. jedimembrain
old video has been posted a few times now .. its not bootleg .. its GT .. weather bethesda intended them to record this is one thing .. but I'm sure whoever was demoing the game was allowing them to record otherwise they wouldn't have posted it. modder3434
Fatalmasterpiece you really need to stop being a downer. so far compared to vanilla oblivion, vanilla skyrim is looking much better. Kudos to you for making a custom head for oblivion, but dont go trashing about stuff like this. what seems good to one person might seem horriable to you. also if you think bethesda is backstepping in thier games instead of improving them, then why dont you join bethesda and work on the next elder scrolls and stop bitching aout it. First of all, before anyone gets bent out of shape, I think Bethsoft is doing a great job with the game. I can't wait to play it and it looks very exciting. However I wanted to vent some frustrations on a few points and see if others feel the same way. Everyone's entitled to an opinion
