Bak
Hi, I have the Steam version of both Fallout 3 and New Vegas and while FOMM lists all of my mods for Fallout 3 I can not get any downloaded mods to show up so I can not enable them. I would appreciate and suggestions or thoughts on the subject that may help me so that I can enable mods ? Thanks !
Xescream
1. check and make sure your esp's are inside you steam appdata fallout new vegas data folder whatever.2. make sure you run FOMM as admin (i dont think it even launches w/out it) 3. make sure your FOMM is loading from the proper directory (you may have to change it. it may be a non steam directory or somethign by default)4. make sure the esp is inside the data folder (duh)lol id just check those things, if not, well let me know what mods you are trying to activate.
Thanks ! Ty for the reply. I got to looking at my data folder and noticed that there are two meshes and texture folders in there .And the other set of meshes and textures appears to be a .ESM type folder. Not sure what that is since my other data folder for Fallout 3 doesn't have that. More than likely I will have to unistall the game and reinstall to see if that will fix the problem. Oh and the mod I was trying to install was 100 Outfits ReColor with Field Jackets and I'm pretty sure that isn't the problem. Xescream
hmm...... i dont see why the meshes and textures would effect the .esps not appearing Id just merge the folders as far as that goes.
