Describe Your Dream "Gamer's" Room

I got this idea from another forum and I thought it would be cool to do it here also. But as the title states, describe your dream gamer room (money is not an issue). Don't be afraid to use details.

Just one rule: Try to keep your ideas to what is actually available at our present time, as in no futuristic technology like food that magically appears at a push of a button, or flying cars that run on water :P

For my dream room, I would have (in a room large enough to hold all of the following comfortably as well as plently of plugs designed to not overload :P ...)

Two HD big screen TV's, two of every consol made, and enough controllers to fill every slot (I.E. Xbox/360 can have four controllers) all wireless if possible with plently of batteries, and every bad a** game there is for all of them.

Five PC's with everything imaginable and available to the public as far as the best hardware/software goes, and every game available since XP was introduced (or just doesn't need an old DOS program to function). All the keyboards and mouses would have LED lights so no other light will need to be on during computer gaming.

Large comfortable chair and desk for each computer, large comfortable futon, and four comforter chairs with small fridges in the side of them. A large table in front of the futon, low enough to be level with it, with padding around the edges and along the top edges for feet, and still have items on it.

Two larger fridges/freezers for anything else, and a microwave to heat food up (frozen, or left over) and several large trash cans, maybe one for each computer desk and two or three around the other chairs/futon. Many paper plates, and plastic forks/spoons/knives to cut down on dishes.

Surround sound for both of the TV's, split in the middle of the room and going out to each wall, and surround sound set into the heads of each chair for the computers.

Three ceiling fans to keep the temp down as well as four/five regular fans. Three or four air vents for the air conditionor/heater, two in the ceiling, one or two on the floor.

No windows, they just get in the way, cant hang anything, and light is a gamer's enemy :P. Two telephones, one on each end of the room (also another enemy, but sometimes it just needs to be answered).

Best stereo system there is with surround sound to go around the whole room, each speaker set on the walls near the ceiling as well as a few closer to the ground and around the futon/comforters.

Every DVD, and a huge display case(s) for them. Two DVD players, one for each TV (like I need them with the consols, but saves from changing out games in them).

And only two doors, entrance, and a restroom (can't be running far just to answer natures call while in the middle of a game haha). Best sound dampening walls to keep the calls to the cops away, as well as not waking anyone else that may be in the house. Also three or four lights to flash when the door bell rings (have to know when the pizza guy is there some how haha) and seperate color lights to go to a seperate bell outside the room (seeing as knocking on the door won't work either with the sound dampening). All of the walls would also be a darker color (I.E. dark blue or black) to cut down the unwanted light even more.

The Flooring would be plush carpet, with spots bare for tile where the fridges and floor air vents are located, and if needed, very large plastic mats, or thinner carpeting where all of the computer chairs are located.

Well, that's all I can think of, what is your dream room?

Mine wouldn't that complicated, but certainly with the same atmosphere.

First off, comfy chairs for all the computers. I'm a computer gamer, so there would be a big screen TV, but mostly for movies. If someone wanted to bring their console along, then they can. There would be a refridgerator (normal sized) along with a large bin for pop cans and bottles. Garbage is obviously a problem that can be taken care of by a few large bins with bags for easy disposal. Infact, you need a mini kitchen down there with a stove (for pizza), microwave (for everything else needing to be heated), fridge (the afore mentioned one) and a sink (I think you can figure this one out). There are many desks for computers, and comfy chairs and couches for those who are too weak to game all night. A big stock of food and drinks is alway nessecary, as well as covers over the windows (even at night). Windows are not preferred, but thats not always easy to work around. A bathroom is obviously nessecary, but not just a half bath. Gotta have a shower in there for those who like to game clean.

I cant think of much else, but I have a perfect picture in my mind of what such a place would look like.

My perfect room would have one of those pseudo-walls that can split the room in half or be collapsed into the wall when not in use. That will be used for team games like Halo so you can't cheat. On each side of the room, will be a giant flat screen HDTV built into the wall each with one of every game console ever made and a converter so you can switch between consoles with the push of a button. Each TV will have four comfy recliners with built in cup holders and mini-refrigerators. Each TV will also have surround sound (obviously). There will be two display cases (one on each side) each with several copies of every game ever made (in case one gets damaged). On the back wall will be about 10 computers all with the latest hardware/software. They will also have their own mini-surround sound systems. The desks will also have built in mini-refrigerators. The PC games will be in the display cases along with the console games. In the centre of the room, there will be a large table that can flip down into the floor (so as not to interfere with the retractable wall). Built into the table will be drawers. In each, will be a set of gaming dice and several character sheets for every pen & paper rpg. On the end of the table (which will be the DM seat), the drawer will also have two copies of every rpg book. In a large walk-in closet, will be shelves and shelves with several copies of every board game. There will also be two bathrooms (one on each side of the room), a mini-kitchen (with an oven, microwave, an over-sized refrigerator, and a walk-in pantry), and a crash room with several bunk-beds for those 'non-serious gamers' who need 'sleep'. The room will have no windows, black walls with several game posters, two over-sized ceiling fans (one on each side of the room), air-conditioner/heating vets, black plush carpet, and double-thick soundproof walls. If possible, I want the ceiling fans to be a carving of Link with the master sword, so that when it's on, it looks like Link is doing a spin attack :P . Around each TV will be ornamental wood carvings. One will be devoted to Mario and the other will be devoted to Luigi. Around each of the 10 computers will be similar carvings, but devoted to others like DK, Samus, Captain Falcon, etc. The table will have decorative carvings around the edges inlaid with gold and silver depicting D&D monsters like beholders, knolls, orcs, etc., and in the centre, will be a statue (the table will be too big for the centre to be of any use anyways) depicting the Blood War between the Tanar'ri and the Baatezu.

I think I got everything...

you forgot an important aspect:

Why waste your time on food, water and bathroom time where you can have an IV with everything you need.

the gaming doesn't have to stop :D

and I'm pretty sure the term you are looking for when describing the pc is supercomputer

(like the one governments and banks use as security).

Mine would be in an L-shape, with 16 hi spec gaming computers, all joined to a server, which would be in the corner of the L-shape. This server would, of course, be a custom-built supercomputer, running Linux (That way all the other computers will be able to talk to each other faster, and it will be able to run all the best dedicated servers). The reason for the L-shape is that you could have two teams playing against each other, without being able to see the screens of the other team. At each end I would also have several 32" plasma screen TVs, each with a console attatched (probably there'd be a Wii, a PS3, a 360, a gamecube, a PS2, an X-box, and an N64). Where the consoles support online multiplayer, they would be connected together with a hi-speed wifi connection. In the middle, I would probably have several large sofas and armchairs, with copies of a variety of gaming magazines, and I would have display cases containing a copy of most of the games ever made (I wouldn't bother with any of the crap ones, of course). There'd also be a doorway to a kitchen and one to a bathroom.

I expect there are plenty of other things I forgot to mention, but I can't be bothered typing them all :P
