Lardtree3
Something I have enjoyed in a lot of traditional dungeon crawl RPGs like Diablo, Dungeon Siege, Torchlight, etc are the inclusion of buffed up Champion monsters. I feel this would add a sense of accomplishment to wandering in the wilderness of Cyrodil and encountering a legendary monster and triumphing over it. Ideally I would love this to work with the Mart's Monster Mod to take full advantage of the new monsters added so there could be champions of everything like: GoblinsMinotaursOgresGiants/Frost GiantsUberhulksBalrogsWyvernsand especially Dremora. They would be pretty buff, maybe have names (I don't know if this is possible), and have better drops (gems, runeskulls, other shiny stuff). I don't know how ambitious this idea is or how much can be accomplished with the way the LL works. If they can't be named on the fly, perhaps a flag that gives each monster a random chance to be flagged as a champion when it spawns? This might be something beyond the scope of what's possible, but I think it would be pretty cool. I don't have any modding ability myself beyond tweaking things in CS, but I imagine this would be more involved with scripts and what not. Any experienced modders out there that think this sounds interesting? If not, no biggie, just thought it sounded cool.
Keirgarth
If I recall correctly, the full FCOM install adds boss monsters to dungeons. Is this what you are asking for?
Lardtree3
If I recall correctly, the full FCOM install adds boss monsters to dungeons. Is this what you are asking for? Possibly. I've never really taken the time to look into FCOM very deeply so it might be close to what I'm looking for. Bosses in dungeons would add the sense of accomplishment I'm seeking instead of "Oh everything's dead? Okay onto the next one...". Hentaimania was another mod that I feel did the 'boss' thing right (I didn't enjoy hentaimania 2 very much). I'll look into FCOM and see what it offers. Maybe that will be satisfying enough. Keirgarth
Just so you know, I have the full FCOM installed and have run into a boss mob that was pretty much immune to every attack I threw at him other than physical. This was not fun for a Magic user hehehe.

Being almost entirely depended on my bow, some of them can take awhile to whittle down. Granted I have some mods to make being a dedicated marksman a bit easier than vanilla Oblivion made it.
