I removed the 2011 conversion, I wasn't over keen on the AI. The handling was a lot harder too because they lowered the grip of the tracks, it was fine with a wheel but not so great with a pad.

I've opted for the Truelights weather, the lighting looks the most natural to me.

I'm going to grab some new textures for the cars, some are not good, the McLaren looks likes it's been in a war.

Hey well after updating to the latest patch its all coming together now, except the stupid steam popup that keeps coming up. I need a online xlive profile to register the key, annoying at best.

in game the fps is jumpy, drops down to 35fps then goes back up to 60 in some parts. Its wierd.

Oh guess my name??

Actual benchmark Data

benchmark> <settings view="bumper" hardwaresettings="hardware_settings_config.xml"/> <average av_fps_ms="29.973202" min_fps_ms="35.570850" av_fps="33.363136" min_fps="28.112906"/> -<track> -<settings forceyellowflag="0" weather="Clear" route="route_0" name="silverstone"> <car name="mc0"/> <car name="mc0"/> <car name="fc0"/> <car name="fc0"/> <car name="fe0"/> <car name="fe0"/> <car name="hr0"/> <car name="hr0"/> <car name="lo0"/> <car name="lo0"/> <car name="me0"/> <car name="me0"/> <car name="rb0"/> <car name="rb0"/> <car name="re0"/> <car name="re0"/> <car name="sa0"/> <car name="sa0"/> <car name="tr0"/> <car name="tr0"/> <car name="vi0"/> <car name="vi0"/> <car name="wi0"/> <car name="wi0"/> </settings> <results av_fps_ms="29.973202" min_fps_ms="35.570850" av_fps="33.363136" min_fps="28.112906" samples="4106"/> </track> </benchmark>

Not to mention this is done with everything maxed out in the control panel and using fraps at the same time.

That would only cause taring witch i can't stand, the fps is exceptable, no lag or anything.

It's quite well behaved when it comes to tearing, I've only really noticed a little on the replays.
