Change the model and color of armor in-game?

I'm trying play as a rouge but already I'm tired of how the character looks in light armor. All light armor in this game looks the same so there's no hope of finding a more appealing set later. Is there is a mod that allows you to change the models of the light armor you find to instead use the models for clothing. I've seen a mod called "winter's forge" that sounds like what I'm looking for, but It adds allot of extra stuff. I just want to change how the armor I find looks.
