omfgmarusame
So I'm wondering if anybody else has had this problem; downloading a mod (not sure which one), having it replace some of the Mojave Location Names with the French (or maybe Spanish) version, and if anybody knows a way to fix it, I mean I can tolerate it, it's just annoying seeing "Le Strip" or "Devestas De Mojave" or something like that mixed with the normal English location names. Thanks in advance.
Werne
And that's what happens when people don't read the description, or there is no description, or both.I believe there is one way to do it, find the mod that's causing the trouble and disable it. That should solve the problem. Edited September 23, 2011 by Werne
Ruadhan2300
if you know what you're doing with it, opening up the mod with FNVedit should help. then you can see what cells are being affected and possibly change them
McclaudEagle
If you still want the mod installed, then you need to find the mod that's got the French names and rename everything back to normal using the GECK.
Fonger
yes its a muddy programming gift from the geck that traces itself back all the way to Oblivion. The Geck itself is muddy and any foreign language origin mod has a tendency to cause this (not caused by bad programming practices of people using the geck, its caused by bad programming practices of the people who actually developed the geck)
