First Time Modding....Oblivion Won't Run...Help :-)

So I'm using Wrye Bash and BOSS and am trying to run a few mods...just a few literally...UOMP..UPS...UOP..and then the oblivion graphics extender...BOSS says everythings fine....but when I try to run the game it acts like its starting up and goes to a black screen then quickly just jumps back to my desktop....any ideas?

Please post your load order via Wrye Bash. Right click on a tab and select 'List Mods'. Copy/paste everything here, including the spoiler/xml boxes.

First guess - OBGE requires OBSE - and the description of your crash is exactly what will happen if a OBSE plug in tries to run without OBSE.

 

Are you running OBSE? And are you starting the game with OBSE and NOT the Oblivion launcher?
