bben46
Did you install OBSE?
Mojito000
Nope... what is it?
BlackRampage
Well, OBSE is the Oblivion script extender, so I'm guessing he means FOSE instead. FOSE can be found here: FOSE
Mojito000
OK tryed FOSE and that did not help..
bben46
Yup, that's what I meant - been troubleshooting Oblivion too much. Are you starting the game through steam? By clicking on the game in the steam games list in your steam account?
Mojito000
Tryed both ways, trough STEAM and directly. fallout.exe and falloutlauncher.exeNormal, as admin and with xp mode. Allways the same thing

BigMacDk
Not sure if it has anything to say, but if you have your steam games placed in the program (86) folder, that has been known to cause problems. Moving steam and your games is easy enough. I cant find the link with the procedureatm, but it is on the official steam forums. And if you have not done so, install FOSE+FOMM (Fallout mod manager) Hope it helps, Cheers, BMD
iFSS
-Downloaded the "hacked" d3d9.dllWhen you tried using that, did you also try deleting: SMainMenuMovieIntro=SIntroSequence=sIntroMovie=Fallout INTRO Vsk.bik from your fallout.ini? (You can also rename Fallout INTRO Vsk.bik in your Data\Video folder to Fallout INTRO Vsk.bik.old to ensure it doesn't load)
