FCOM V5B1 Install Help.

Alright so I decided to give FCOM a try. But I just want very specific options from standalone FCOM (No OOO or MMM etc) But Im having some trouble. I have this file

With these files inside:

 

So where the hell do I put anything to make it work with Wrye Bash? So I can use the installer wizard and such?
