Modern Firearms - New Calibers Patch

I'd like to request a patch OR help to create a patch for these two mods that merges their ammo that's the same (9x19, 5.56, 7.62x39 ect).
I'm still new to Creation Engine modding, I've tweaked things in past games and have fixed some sorting issues I have, but some things I just have no idea lol.

So in short, I'd like to either merge these similar munitions into one, or at least make it so that I can use say, the New Calibers 7.62x39 in a Modern Firearms AK or vice versa.
(As long as this is ok with the respective mod authors of course).

Modern Firearms was removed from the Nexus and the person who uploaded it was banned.

 

This was done because he blatantly stole other modders work & passed it off as his own & when confronted about it lied to cover his own ass.

 

So your request is impossible for any modder to do unless they themselves want to have their account banned & other work removed.

^I think you've got MF mixed up with Resurrection; idlesheep was only warned, and chose not to reupload on the Nexus. I made and uploaded a different compatibility patch for it myself (with permission from both mod authors, of course) without any issues or reprimand.

 

As for the request at hand, I'll look into it. Most likely what I would end up doing is make the New Calibers versions completely overwrite the MF versions.
