  1. Press space, it will speed it up and let you skip through.
  2. Kingmaker was not originally supported either but enough people asked and they eventually did. People just need to keep asking as vortex makes modding anything with unity engine a heck of allot easier (turns it largely into drag and drop instead of a complicated mess)
  3. Ya programming is not my forte. Hence why its so appreciated what they do as it turns it largely into drag and drop.
  4. Any plans to add support for this game ? I know you guys supported kingmaker and the mods made that game have a heck of allot more playability.
  5. https://www.nexusmods.com/pathfinderwrathoftherighteous/mods/40?tab=description is supposed to have an option to do this. Sadly there are a number of bugs ATM with it.
  6. They have also hinted at wanting to build a new engine for the next round of elder scrolls and fallout games. The last few times they were asked they said the engines they currently had could not handle what they wanted to do and they were waiting on new tech to become available. Hopefully this means a completely new engine and not just another coat of paint slapped on the "Creation" engine that is just an ultra modded gambroyo engine. Imagine what they could do with an engine like the ones used by the far cry games but one that is as easy to mod as fallout 4/skyrim. The ability to use cover, climb, slide etc... would be great. That combined with actual RPG elements like fallout 3/NV had would be frekkin awesome.
  7. If they were both 32 bit games using the same engine it would be quite easy as was evidenced by the number of mods that got direct ports from fallout 3 to fallout new vegas. As for 32 bit to 64 I'm not sure. I'm waiting for SKSE before I really do anything with it & even then most of the mods I have made are rather simple and kept to myself or close friends.
  8. Directly paying for mods is technically illegal and against the TOS unless Bethesda changes it & if so they will definitely want a cut. Tipping/gifting mod authors however is always nice. As for weather or not ES6 is already in the works. They have said fallout 4 was the last game they would be doing on that engine. Weather this means they have to create a new one from scratch, have already done so or are simply going to slap a new coat of paint on the dead horse that is gambroyo we don't know. Many of us hope they have already or will use a brand new engine however because when you compare it to other game engines it really shows its age in how it performs (both quality and memory/processing requirements) and in how its programmed (several other engines including free to use ones are much easier and more intuitive to work with)
  9. Need permissions from the original mod authors or its copyright theft. You can always ask them if they plan on uploading their mods to the special edition but if not & they dont give permission for someone else to do so then its illegal to do so.
  10. Sadly some theft will always be there. lots of it goes on on on other sites. Bethesda has also taken the steps mentioned above, however their response times are still a bit slow. Would be nice if they would hire just a few more full time people to moderate and look for stolen stuff.
  11. Orcs & most elves have common ancestors. Bretons according to the lore were originally humans who had been taken as slaves by the elves & over multiple generations gradually interbread with them (weather willingly or not). There are a few examples of half breeds between various groups existing in the lore. The grey prince in oblivion was one. (Tiber Septim was also said to have knocked up one of the dark elven royals.) The only races thought not to be able to mix with the others are Khajit & Argonian. Biologically speaking they are just too different.
  12. Tell me about it. As someone who is an avid sports shooter and hunter in real life the amount of things wrong with the guns in fallout 4 is astounding & a big step back in terms of realism coming from new vegas and even fallout 3.
  13. The amount of work required would be insane & easily larger then pretty much any mod existing.
  14. Honestly Fallout 4 is more akin to far cry as a shooter just without the ability to climb, slide or parachute then it is to the previous fallout games. Really hope it's not indicative of the next elder scrolls or fallout games or I won't be buying them.
  15. This really. ya it does feel like step back but redoing all that would basically mean they had to rework every armor and weapon in game as well. As for a new engine. My hopes are on unreal or 1-2 others that are not only much better performance wise but much faster to work with. If they continue to repaint the old turd that is gamebroyo I won't pay for another bethseda game.
  16. Pretty sure this would still more or less require tagging every ledge in game with code then creating animation for climbing over. Could it be done ? Yes. But it would be a hell of allot of work. If the game was in Unreal engine this would be much much much easier to do as programming for it is much easier, more intuitive & collision is a breeze by comparison.
  17. Broad choices ? If you think the amount of choices & play styles in fallout 4 is broad you should go back and play New Vegas & the original 1-2. The sheer amount of ways you could build your character, Dialog choices & having perks/skills & stats effect things like quests & dialog puts fallout 4 to shame. The voiced character is nice in a few ways but all the stuff it causes them to sacrifice just isn't worth it.
  18. All I can say is thank heaven. I thought we were boned since microsoft bought up the official tools for doing animations. Maybe now we can eventually get some good animations for various things & guns that arent left handed but shot right handed.
  19. They did ? I thought we were boned since the tools for animations got bought up by microsoft and cost tons of $$$.
  20. Animations also cannot be done in fallout 4 like they could in previous games. The tools to do so were bought up by microsoft and now cost an insane amount of money to purchase even the base kits & the older previously free editions won't work properly with the game.
  21. Also note it's likely not a good idea to have real life gun manufacturer's logo's on the weapons (like the colt) Most of them are trademarked and could possibly lead to lawsuits if you upload the mod somewhere. Good work on the modeling though.
  22. Modern Firearms was removed from the Nexus and the person who uploaded it was banned. This was done because he blatantly stole other modders work & passed it off as his own & when confronted about it lied to cover his own ass. So your request is impossible for any modder to do unless they themselves want to have their account banned & other work removed.
  23. @ the Op. There is a big difference between communal farming and Communism. For instance communal farmers in the fallout universe tend to at the end of the day be clan/family based & born into it. At the end of the day they do however have a choice, they can remain where they are or strike out and become any number of things from scroungers, caravan guards etc... there is a choice. Communism & communist societies however generally always have a select elite that decides everything from how wealth is distributed (most often by force) to what jobs people have. And anyone who doesn't agree with the ruling elite's decisions tends to "disappear" as evidenced in china & north korea.
  24. If one of the Lyons had remained eastern brotherhood elder then they would likely get my vote as they tended to want to help people. However since both Lyons have died I would say it all depends. Do you mean humanity in general or just a specific group ? And do you care about scientific progress. If its just humanity in general and you don't care about progress then the Minute Men are the best.
  25. New vegas was done by a different company. One who in the past has made quite a few guns in their games that while not totally accurate in terms of how they work at least could make the average person think they were realistic & weren't total slap in the face to anyone who actually knows anything about guns in real life.
