Sp1k3
It's not that I want to cheat, I just want to know how it works :P I know the code is player->setlevel <number>, so I wanted to try that, and I used level 10, but it doesnt work :S Am I doing something wrong? Marxist ßastard
You must wither save and reload or gain a level naturally before the changes you make to your level come into effect. To my knowledge, it is only the display that isn't updated -- you still get the higher-level loot and creatures, even if your level display reads "1" until you reload. ohGr
it works, you just need to reload a save game and it will appear s level 10, but you dont get anything else except the two numbers. now... why is this in technical support? --------------------------EDIT---------------------------- looks like marxist beat me by one minute... Marxist ßastard
Ha! I've beaten someone else to the punch for a change! Now I know how Switch feels when he's the first to greet someone... <_< , then  , and finally  .
Sp1k3
"now... why is this in technical support?" Where should I put it then?
Switch
Well... I don't really know :P possibly Spoilers? Because not everyone wants to know how cheats work. Also, trust me, you don't wanna learn. They're too tempting to use! :P I used to use them practically all the time when I was first playing, destroyed the game  luckily came back to it later and played legit. :D Either way, moving to Spoilers... DragoonFurey
"setlevel" is somewhat pointless because you dont get the skill increases, health increases or stat increases. "tcl" comes in handy tho works much better then fixme when you get stuck on or in something jumping around just remember to turn it off when your unstuck. for laughs do;Player->AddSpell "wrath of vivic" :P
Marxist ßastard
You must be of a certain level to get certain loot, creatures, and quests. Therefore, setlevel isn't so pointless after all.
ohGr
You must be of a certain level to get certain loot, creatures, and quests. Therefore, setlevel isn't so pointless after all. yeah, its no joke when you set it to level 666, and run around shouting "I AM THE AVATAR"...even though the avatar is really from the ultima series, it would be interesting in morrowind, dont you think... but i ended up using it just for one level, although i had to do a little math, like adding one tenth of my endurance to my HP upon the level, the stats, remembering which ones i worked on the most, if you want to "cheat" levelup fairly, well, kindof, then take notes as you go through morrowind, i already have 23 pages of hand written notes, wether its history, weapons and their stats/armor, creatures, or quests. its a bad idea anyway. as long as it teaches you a lesson, cheats are not good, but in unreal 2's case, its an exception, because no other FPS can make you want to format and remove any trace of that game.
