LoginToDownload
Essentially, the 'randomized' weapons/armor that bandits and such draw from.
Vagrant0
Also weapon and armor-mods that add to the leveled-lists instead of putting it in a corner of the Market district. Leveled-Lists? haha im sorry im all new to this modding thing. what do you mean by Leveled-lists?Before you start asking for ideas, you might want to explain what your abilities are so that requests are made that are reasonable with those abilities. You may even want to browse through the mod requests section to see if anything is of interest to you, and you know how to do. While most of the requests in that section are things which are difficult or impossible, there are bound to be a few there which are just time consuming or geared toward a more specific group. When in doubt, make a house mod. Although there are already more house mods around than you can count, house mods themselves are great learning experiences and can be used to branch into some of the more complicated aspects of modding. This doesn't mean you have to upload or finish such a mod, it would mostly be something to get your feet wet and see what parts of modding your best at. From there you can pick other projects which are of interest. As for the suggestion of placing more stuff in leveled lists... There is generally one downside to such mods. They all conflict with eachother. Since some of the more cannon mods (OOO, Frans) and even several smaller ones adjust these leveled lists, any implementation of such items could not be used with normal spawns. In other words, it wouldn't be just weapons added to a list, it would be placing things in world (probably in a new dungeon) which then used that list. Additionally, the two main draws of weapon mods are new meshes (textures) or custom effects. Both of which require some background in modeling and scripting. Quests certainly require some scripting and usually some dialogues.

Oh no, i only made this topic cause i was curious about what peoples interests were in a mod. besides.. im a nub! the only mod ive made is Grey Clothes and thats pretty much my capabilities.. just re-texturing. but ill be making things sooner or later! Sypron
I like to see mods that fit in with the rest of the world. Mods that look like the rest of whats there. UNLESS, of course, the mod is PURPOSELY changing it. I like my house mods to look like the other houses in Cyrodiil, just more practicle and livible. They all conflict with eachother. Since some of the more cannon mods (OOO, Frans) and even several smaller ones adjust these leveled lists, any implementation of such items could not be used with normal spawns. Couldn't agree more. I'm always looking for new and different houses for my characters. Top of the World, Touran's Tower and kalikut's Snow Globe for SI are my favorites so far. Most of the time you're going to want either new meshes or new scripting (both is nice, but one can substitute for the other if you're creative), or the house is just plain boring, but it could be a good learning experience even then. And the OOO/compatibility problem is exactly why I always do my new armors in shops. I love FCOM and so do lots of other people, and that's hard enough to get working by itself without trying to opt in another set of lists yet. I'm also always looking for (and making) armors for Fantasy Figures/Robert's that aren't softcore porn, but that's not work for a modeling newbie and most people have strong preferences regarding body mods. ;) Weapon mods that contain something other than swords are also nice, and weapons are a good first modeling project because you don't have to rig like with clothing. WhiteLycanXII
The mods for bound items need some serious love. I've been all over TESNexus looking for a mod to retexture and remesh what a bound weapon can look like, for instance, having a character summon a holy sword instead of a Daedric sword. Also, I'd like to see a bound version of a long sword and/or a short sword instead of just a dagger and a claymore. A bound katana would badass. Ummm, and a different kind of mod, rather than casting a bound item for a time period and for a set amount, a good way to do modded items is to have it drain your magicka by a certain amount every second while it's equipped. There's much to be done with bound items, and I see so little. Really dissapointing...
AncientSpaceAeon
The companion that's better than you on some (or even all) aspects. That should be easier than making a new quest. Makes us feeled not like the only "one man army". (A quest will be nice) NOT serious about this.
