Animation types split into different folders

Before blundering into this and recieving comment after comment of hate, I'll propose a question.

 

Can a animation organizer like MAO be made for Fallout New Vegas?

 

Before I begin, MAO is an animation overhaul project that essentially seperates animations into two groups:

those used by NPCs and those used by the player and for the player only.

 

It works with mods such as Deadly Reflex, sephs fighting animations, and unneccesary violence 2.

 

Now here is what I propose for a overhaul for Fallout New Vegas

NPCs

 

NCR

- higher ranking officers have proffesional type animations, could be done with the commando and gunslinger weapon animation packs.

 

- rank and file have vanilla anims

 

- Rangers have gunslinger style anims.

Legion

 

- Frumaentarii have gunslinger style anims

 

- Centurions have seperate hand to hand and thrown anims then ordinary cannon fodder.

 

- cannon fodder have vanilla anims.

Brotherhood Of Steel

 

- All members not wearing power armour use proffesional anims.

 

- All members with power armour utilize special set of anims.

 

- all members equipped with 2H weapons have different drawn anim (AKA instead of holding it out to the side, they hold it like a staff, think oblivion magic staffs.)

Now needless to say this will be an extensive undertaking.

I also aren't even certain whether New Vegas's animations can be sorted and moved around like Oblivions.
