They liked the idea of the ghost fence so much that in Oblivion they decided to fence in all the cities. Maybe all the cities in Oblivion are blighted- and only after 3000 hours of gameplay will this twist in the tale unfold.

Also with ninja(lord)s levitating over the ghost fence they decided to leave out levitation and to put clip brushes over the walls (as ninjas are also rumored to jump high - and have been allegedly seen running up walls)

Dagoth Ur is too busy getting hopped up on godhood to really bother with mucking about with the rest of the island, and every two-penny wizard with access to levitate is more concerned with being rude to foreigners.

;D Good one!

Hmm, with my current character, I have about 140 hours of gameplay, so that means I only have 2860 hours to go...I'm sure that won't take long. I'll post tomorrow if it's really true! :D

It's kinda weird that the sneaking feature is only handled through statistics, not visually. You can be in mid-dark room full of evil NPCs and these won't see you hopping around their noses, if you have high enough sneak skill.

And in the same situation you can whack and slice them with sneak attack with blade, but hell if you shoot one in group miles away, they always know exactly where you are.

Not only that's weird but also extremely annoying.

Actually, light does have an effect. If you try sneaking around in a dark ruin, you'll probably not be found. But then if you go sneaking up to a bandit holding a torch, the light from that torch may be enough for them to see you. Also, it's possible to shoot someone without being seen, chameleon helps with that.

There is something about that. If you have 100% Chameleon or cast a invilibity spell while the Arrow you shot is on its way, the Bandits will run up to the exact position from where the Arrow came. If you are still invisible, they will stand there saying something like "He was here a second ago" or "she". They even know your Gender o_O
