unknown59
I'm having the same issue - I had also downloaded the junk rounds redux, but creating the new plugin via FNVEdit didn't help, and neither did disabling all other ammo mods. I'm wondering if it could be a problem with the Armory DLC after all.
JohnBond007777
Well, I probably didn't do it right, but I just disabled JunkRounds_Redux and fixed it.
unknown59
Okay, I disabled a few other mods which apparently also affect the ammo lists, and got it working. Thanks guys, you made my day.

Richwizard
I just recently got GRA at a Steam sale and had this problem with the GRA Anti Materiel rifle and the .50 MG Explosive rounds. After reading this short thread I was able to deduce the problem pretty quickly. I run the CaliberX mod and it was screwing with the GRA special rounds. All I had to do was move GRA down below CaliberX in the load order and problem solved!
