GotMeFaded
Just found this really cool game while Stumble Upon-ing, and thought you guys might want to check it out:Plasma Pong! Plasma Pong is a clone of Pong' date=' in which two players control a paddle each, at either side of the screen, volleying a ball between them. The environment is a fluid-like plasma which can be pushed and sucked with the paddles. There are three game modes in Plasma Pong. In single player, the player combats a progressively smarter AI in a fluid environment where the fluid moves faster and faster, affecting the ball more and more. Multiplayer is little different, with two players typically sharing a single keyboard to play against each other. The sandbox mode, however, gives the player near total access to color, particle, and fluid motion effects, allowing them to simply play around with the game's fluid dynamics engine and see what interesting motions they can create.[/quote'] Here's some images:http://b.vimeocdn.com/ts/219/867/21986772_640.jpg http://arcadecontrols.com/images/News/2007-03-18-plasmapong2.jpg I downloaded it last night and have been playing it a lot. Unfortunately the official site is down due to the fact that Activision owns rights to Pong, and this game apparently infringes upon the rights, so I downloaded it from cnet.com: Download Plasma Pong And I'm not sure if many of you have downloaded from cnet recently, but you have to run this cnet downloader crap, so if you trust me, you can download it from here without the cnet downloader: (no viruses, see scan below) MegaUpload Plasma Pong Virus Scan: (complements of VirusTotal.com)Plasma Pong Virus Scan And yeah that's basically it. You can watch some YouTube videos if you want, it's pretty damn fun :) EDIT: AWW YEAH 100TH POST!! :D Edited October 4, 2011 by GotMeFaded

ub3rman123
I tried it.. The match never lasts more than a few seconds. It'll almost always make a dive for one side or the other on a random tangent. Makes winning a matter of luck. Maybe I'm playing it wrong. Also, it really really hates multiple monitor setups. It tabs out whenever I scroll my mouse too far to the side.
AliasTheory
I grabbed this off the net several years ago, and yeah, it's awesome. I sure like swirling things around in sandbox mode...

Anticipating where the ball will end up, timing your 'plasma sucking,' throwing your plasmas in the right place... I've had a few rounds that went over thirty seconds but that's rare. It is a very fast paced game.
