DesmondDentresti Posted October 6, 2011 Share Posted October 6, 2011 I saw Alchestbreach playing the Fallout N.V DLC Old World Blues, he had the stealth armour on and it kept giving him stimpacks and then saying "We are out of stimpacks, maybe you would be better with an Auto-Doc suit." Thus giving me inspiration for this. It would create a chem of the players choice over a period of time or auto-create stimpacks on a loop, and would also raise the players medicine by 10 while active and have the same options as any NCP medic to heal; Radiation, chem addiction and heal your health for caps. vTemporalZEROv Posted November 3, 2015 Share Posted November 3, 2015 I have seen a mod that makes the medic PA in FO3 a thing in FNV and TTW where it actually heals you and such if your health gets too low, also while talking, just not sure what it was called.. Maybe a mod was made after four years...? There was a prototype medic power armor, but it's essentially just morphine injections. A autodoc has far more extensive physical capabilities via robotic limbs and tools that allow surgical procedures (and I guess some models synthesize medications, maybe other goodies). So it might be hard to have a autodoc PA and really carry over the core concept. Maybe some robotic tools could be attached to a backpack for immediate field surgery. That wouldn't be too hard and it would keep some of the iconic look of the early MK series of autodocs. There may also be some additional special effects that could be used like the HUD blood splatter (emergency surgical procedure) or some of the surgical tools audio when the armor is healing or performing a procedure. If you want I can look into it a bit for you.
