Deleted2993601User
1. In 'Cell View' window, select 'ICMarketDistrict' from the drop-down.2. Find ICMarketDistrict04 cell3. Double click on the cell to view it in the Render Window.4. Click the Render Window border (to focus on the window) and use SPACE to pan the camera. and shift to rotate the camera.5. Float above the area you want, and drag and drop your container from the 'Object Window' to 'Render Window', it will then magically appear within the window.6. Position it roughly how you want it in the air (left click moves, right click rotates, the keys Z, X and C provide other options, play around with it).7. Once you got it where you want, press F to drop the container until it reaches the ground automatically.8. Make the final touches and then save it to your ESP.9. Activate your ESP and view it in game to see if it works. Then BOOM BABY you're done! I don't have that option in the drop down menu :( I only have Interiors and Tamriel And under Tamriel, there are a bunch of cells called Wilderness.
