I have no trouble with the rest of the downloads except this.Im already logged in and my preferences have changed to allow it, but I can never seem to get to this page for the download. Please help. Try this: Log-out of the Nexus, delete your browser's cache, close your browser, open your browser, log back into the Nexus site you're trying to use (in this case, that's the "DA Nexus") and go straight to BSC.
