bow staffes

can someone please make a mod with bow staffs and perhaps a fighting style for them

You mean a bo staff?

 

Since a bo is basically just a big stick, the model would be easy to create. Creating a whole new fighting style would be extremely difficult, if not impossible though.

 

If you don't mind it being used like a claymore (some martial arts such as Wing Chun use staves in this way), I'm sure one of the modellers here would be happy to create one. It would use the default blade or blunt animations and would probably use the blunt skill.

Creating custom animation is not impossible, just hard. It's quite akward to get any fluid game-friendly animation.

The model itself is easy though. Anybody should be able to make it.

i know it would be easy to make and i know the animation would be hard i would not mind it being used as a claymore but i dont have the stuff to do this correctly actually i wouldn't evan mind if you used the horimere ice staff mesh to do this

There are already a number of staffs for hitting people with in existence. They use the claymore animation, so they look okay except when the random animation comes up where the weapon is swung straight down in front of you. Then the lower end of the staff sticks right through your body and out your back. But you can't see that if you are in first person mode.

 

One place that I know of to get a staff like this is in the mod Vampire Hunting - Order of the Virtuous Blood. The staffs are in the Caldera worldspace in Morrowind. To get there, go to the Cheydinhal Mages Guild and use the teleporter pad on the floor.
