Stratomunchkin
Hey guys, I'm building a Government VIP Shelter (in principle the same thing like the one they hide in at the end in Terminator 3), eventually to be part of something bigger. I've already found a mod for a TV camera, but what'd really be great would be a large US (Fallout) flag to be used like a poster. Shantih
There are some posters and I seem to recall seeing a flag somewhere in Fallout 3 assets. I doubt they are in FNV so that wouldn't help. Check out the wikia: http://images.wikia.com/fallout/images/7/7c/USA_Flag_Pre-War.png http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/United_States_of_America

Shantih
Can't you just make it into a texture set? If you create or duplicate an item you can edit textures. There must be some clutter object that can be used as a basis. If you edit the dds file you can paste the flag from the wikia and edit the texture to give it a less shiny look with gimp or paint.NET. I've never done any poster work but I would suppose it can be done that way.
