These 2 will conflict with one another.

 

Fallout 3 Master Fix - Higher FPS.esp

Fallout 3 Master Fix - Fellout.esp

These 2 should be placed all the way at the bottom of your load order. Also, get the master fix compatibility patch for Xepha's Dynamic weather. (should also be placed all the way at the bottom.)

 

I'd also recommend to place all the Dynamic weather .esp's further down in your load order. It's always best to put lighting and weather mods as low as possible in your load order.

I don't understand why I still had Fellout-related plugins active... I uninstalled the whole damn thing. Well, they're removed now, and the Master Fix Dynaweather patch is in.
