I'm new to modding, so any attempt I make will likely fall flat (I'll still try, though, so you never know) but if there's anyone else more qualified who's interested, let's see if a mod that lets you gamble at Vault 21 will work! Yeah that is weird. I'll try and poke around a bit and see how much work it would be to add. I'm working on a option to remove the concrete from the lower levels (construction protectrons) for a mod (viva new vegas, independent courier ending) and it would make sense to implement gambling....so it would have to be done anyway.
