tarsis31
That is so odd. Thanks for continuing to poke at this speedy. I've thrown some crap at the wall there too and I get all worse results. Things don't work, or bad map marker, or settlers won't go.
speedynl
think we can blame those quests and or how they have setup/use settlements with nuka, i will add a owned trigger to the wb and see wat happens if i use it before powering nuka up, it prolly fail i tryed that before, but maybe in the wildwest it could work, no custom cells and or location and yes those map markers they turn most of the time into raid settlements markers, don't ask me why they just do editjust like i though, using the trigger result in, it show on map/workshop, but don't show when trying to send settlers to it, seems the initialization only works correct when you do those quests, will try and see wat happens if i do the quest there first, but prolly same result editsame result, can't send settlers there it don't show i have tryed this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/18543/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Ffallout4%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D18543&pUp=1 works like a charm, no power neededso the solution is in the quests(btw you don't need the esp just give the bsa the same name as your esp xxx-main) try it out this works fine to ( set DLC04PlayerKickedOut to 1 ) open console target wb and type it or use it in a bat file Edited October 17, 2016 by speedynl

speedynl
hard to say wat you did wrong, did you made a new encounter zone?, did you checked never reset ans settlement, did you link it to your location, do the location have all the key words, did you made a custom(new) parent quest, or did you use the (duplicated) parent from robo?, 0% prolly means you din't set up encounter/location up the right wayif those are setup right it should show atleast 20%
i11iya
I made Encounter Zone, checked "never reset" and "workshop", linked to created location.location keywords: create new "WorkshopParent", set quest stages, set quest aliases, set scripts: dublicate "WorkshopInitializeLocation". tarsis31
Are we even still using workshopinitialization? I mean, I personally, am not. i think dropping that got rid of that annoying 0% bug that was the plague. So it's not really a royal "We", more of a "the rest of you fine educated people". i11iya
sorry for taking your time! it works. happines - 50, allow sending settlers to new custom settlement.I checked all - apparently it was caused by priority - i set it to 30 instead of 40/41 (thought this for lvl requirements) my fail. anyway thank you for answering - this force push me to finding my mistakes  Edited October 17, 2016 by ILLIANxTHERONE
