Zafod007
Ok so, I have got the GOTY Edition for Fallout 3.... along with a few other mods.I have had all the DLC's installed from the beginning and it did come up with the message that says "Broken Steel loaded. Your level cap has increased to 30", as I was walking to Megaton for the first time. But I have just finished the game to find that, after the ending sequence plays, the one that shows what you have done during the main storyline, it just goes back to my character lying there on the floor, not being able to move at all..... :wallbash: after a while there's a small explosion which appears do nothing... If anyone knows how to help me, it would be much appreciated...

rickerhk
The most common reason for that is you have a custom race. If so, you need this:http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6240
Zafod007
Thanks guys, it turns out it was a custom race which (thanks to you rickerhk) I was able to overcome.... But now my Broken Steel problems are somewhat just plain annoying.... I woke up, talked to Elder Lyons blah blah blah went to see Rothchild and he goes and stands next to the map and just keeps repeating "Right in front of the map, if you please. I'd like you to get a good look at it."..... "rothfix" didn't work for me......

There's a workaround for that bug on this page: http://fallout.wikia...oken_Steel_bugs It took me quite awhile to get it right.
BlackRampage
You can also just skip the whole map sequence by using a console command if you don't get rothchild to do what he's supposed to do by continuously walking into him (that only worked once for me, after numerous attempts). It does mean you'll miss out on some dialogue, but it's nothing critical anyway. Console command is: "player.setstage XX000802 20" (the XX is the load order position for Broken Steel. Mostly 03 or 04)
