Especially when playing survival because of ammo weight and having to bring water ever time you use a chem. I'd love it if someone could bring it over and add it to the Strong back tree or as something I can add myself via console. It's not so much an asset as an idea though, except maybe the UI art for the perk. There's also several mods for both Fallout 3 and New Vegas that port perks in whole or part between the games with the art assets that haven't been taken down despite being very well known.
