Mothership Zeta Locks Up

Mothership Zeta Locks Up right after the opening video. (Specifically, I'm in the opening cell, I can’t look around and can't move.) I'm running FOSE & FOMM and 22 Mods, so I assumed it was a Mod, but I disabled all the Mods (I was still running FOSE & FOMM and Archive Invalidation.) but I still couldn't move. I can use ESC and end the game. It did run on the original install before any changes, so I know it can work.

 

Anybody got any ideas on getting it to work or what the problem might be?
