xaliqen
Yeah, nudity is a part of life. The weird thing is all of the cultural tendencies towards sexualizing someone just because they're not wearing clothes.
jedimembrain
this is a bit more of a personal taste thing .. I like clothed people .. I would like to be able to steal someones outfit and them to still be wearing their undies .. but at the same time I would like to have a sex scene that doesn't fade out to black .. makes me feel like my mom and dad are standing behind me turning off the screen to protect my poor little brain
justwannaddl
@natelovesyou: I honestly am uncertain about how to respond to such an emotional post though I'll try remain civil. My desire is for TES, a series that has prostitution openly linked to its society, both economy and historically, to have nudity. In a R rated movie, if you walk into whorehouse, no one would be surprised to see nudity. Why should this be so different for an M rated game that has a quest about one? Now would the inclusion of a few nipples drive away the gaming community? Forgive me if I am wrong but I could have sworn nudity has been in games for well over a decade now. Either that or the succubi from Diablo were wearing pasties like the strippers in GTA San Andreas. I apologize if my posts somehow made you imagine I advocated including nudity and sexual content in all adult media in every line and in every scene. As I said before, I simply feel gaming companies should not restrain themselves from including such content, especially if it adds to the atmosphere. Besides, I only wanted to see it in every other line, scene and subliminally in every 20th frame of animation. @jedimembrain, xaliqen & aaroncox: Now those are positions I can respect. Don't go crazy because there's nudity or sex in the game. Make nudity optional instead of leavin it to mods. As I always say, choice is good. But seriously let's stop this bickering. People could care more about DRM, bugs and poor console ports than nudity in Skryim. Hell, this thread is supposed to be about kids. Can we adopt them? (I hope so.) Are there babies? (Doesn't sound like it.) Can we have one in Skyrim? (I doubt it but it would be cool.) Can we kill them? (Looking at how it was done in Fallout, probably not; which is a shame.) Did I miss anything? saadus
What? It would add a lot of role play value. Why on Earth would I save the world for a bunch of strangers? I don't even LIKE people. Now with a kid. I must defeat the dragons in order to protect my child =P It helps add story to it. As I said earlier, Bethesda should concentrate more on fixing bugs and other problems, tweak the physics before release. But honestly, when the Skysim mod comes out, who won't download it? I know I will be downloading right away.
