Railroad HQ CTD

Okay so I've spent around 50h on this charater and I've just joined the railroad but when I try to enter the HQ by using the door the game ctd. At first I was cool with since it happened before and all I had to then was just type in the console: coc [location id] (RailroadHQ01) and it will teleport me there but when I tried this it did not work and the game ctd after a few seconds of me watching a balck loading screen! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have no idea what could the cause of the crash, but looking at your load order, shouldn't the unofficial patch come immediately after the DLCs?

I've not used it, but as a Skyrim player that would be the load order of mods - main game, DLCs, unofficial patch then the rest of the mods.
