Need some newbie help

First off, this is the first time ever trying to install multiple mods and it confuses the heck out of me. Please bear with me :P Writing this to make it easy for you:

 

1. What I have:

 

Fallout 3+all addons updated to 1.7. No unofficial patch, though I have it ready for installment. I play on w7, game is installed in default directory. Heard issues about this, but only for vista.

 

2. Mods:

FOOK2 1.0 (Don't know if I can upgrade to 1.1 with this combo)

MMM (Mart's Mutant Mod - RC6.1)
