My system isn't a problem, either. I'm running two terabytes of hard drive space, 16gb of ram, and am using a Radeon HD 6950. The hard drive the game is installed on is neither the C:\ drive nor a page file drive. I'm using FNV4GB, the bashed patch, sorted via BOSS (where it recognizes everything but the Error Corrections.esp, which I put at the bottom, right above the Bashed). Tips? Any additional performance mods to help with bugs or anything else?

I'm having a similar problem when I change cells. Annoying as hell. I find if I close other applications (especially Firefox), that helps. I still get CTDs, but not as often. Then again, it might be random, and I'm finding patterns where they don't exist. I'm running about 130 mods, and I also have FNV4GB and a fresh merged patch.

I was looking through the other, similar, threads and I've noticed that a lot of us use or have used NVSkies at some point in our installation. I deleted my installation folder, replaced it with a backup I had on hand, and re-installed my mods without it and I've been fine since, except for the random crash every so often.

I got rid of Nskies and went to Project reality, and strangely,my crashes have started going down too..

Also if you can,run the NVErrorFix its a huge help :)

nvskies needs to be last on the list if you run it.. i do.. with a stable game..

i crash once every few DAYS and i mean IRL days not game days. And usually its when the game is loading tons of stuff.

also i dont run merged, bashed or any error correction patches.. at all. With an initially stable game running these coverall 'fix' files tends to take my experience in a negative direction.

sometimes though its just an error in someones mod. i found that after running EVE in my game that crit kills were causing occasional crashes, i figured this out by disabling all my mods except the basics that i knew were stable and one by one enabling the mods back and testing.. luckily i have a relatively short mods list and found the culprit pretty quickly, disabled it and now have a stable game again.

which is a shame cause EVE is teh awesome, ill probably get the updated the file and do some testing with it to see how to get it stable.
