Misterious music and other sounds out of the blue

So I fired up my new vegas game today, I was just outside of Canyon wreckage because I finished the Lonesome Road DLC last time I played, I picked up my goodies from the footlocker and made my way to primm to get ED-E because I liked him now. I decided to listent to Ulysses message along the way.

As I entered Primm, and walked arround listening to Ulysses I noticed that there was some sort of Pianole Ragtime music playing, but no radio station was active on my pip-boy at the time it sounded like an old Vinyl recording or an old radio blasting the same type of music used in the old black-and-white cartoons of the 20's and 30's. The music was playing only on the outside of town, I entered the bison steve, vikki & Vance's (the NCR rogues showed up) and the Nash residence and they were all normal, no ragtime music in them..

I decided to leave prim and for some reason thought I'd head for newsprings on foot, I jumped off the bridge into the highway and I swear I heard an aircraft pass me by It sounded like some sort of small airplane, I don't fully recall the sound of the Boomer's bomber at hoover dam but Im sure that wasn't it.

I keept on walking and just down the road outside of primm the music stopped cold and then it was all normal again, what the flying heck happened you guys?

Also, I've noticed that in the wasteland (arround the legion raiding camp I think) I've heard a bunker door opening but im sure there are no bunkers arround, this happened to me a couple of times and on different playthroughs.

I've been playing this game since forever, I've never heard that ragtime music, it wasn't on ambient sound it sounded like something on the radio because it wasn't coming from any particular direction; Same with the airplane thing I heard it equally loud on both headphone speakers, the sound itself was very clear and close by.

I should also note that the music was playing BEFORE I repaired ED-E
