To figure out which mod causes this is better to try to figure it out yourself before posting a thread about it.

 

Try disabling 50% of the mods. If the problem goes away its in the 50% you disabled. Repeat

Load your entire load order up in FNVEdit and see what plugin is overwriting the Game Setting "iHackingMinWords" and/or "iHackingMaxWords" values. No need to use trial and error when you can find the issue directly.

I tried going all vanila and went one by one. Only when all of them are active, it happens O.o
