diosoth Posted October 19, 2011 Share Posted October 19, 2011 So of this quest... basically, you read the notice in Anvil, visit the Bosmer Sylvan Ranger camps and read the notes, learn of the conflict and infiltrate Narind and grab the green crystal. You leave, it drops to the ground and a wolf runs off. You go to Yeleri, kill Eregor and take 4 of the pieces of the Dread armor. You learn of other parties involved and find the lost helmet in a fort on the eastern edge of Cyrodiil, completing the armor. Each piece has its own enchantments and wearing all 5 gives you the Dread Visage, which boosts a few attributes while cutting personality and luck by 25 points. You can also use spectral weapons now, dropped by spectral warriors. So then... as I understand it, getting Jephre's Blessing is also supposed to ally you with the creature faction, correct? Wild animals stop attacking and become friendly, as do spriggans. So then, if that's the case, why does it only seem to work part of the time? On my last playthrough they'd sometimes ally with me, sometimes ignore me and sometimes attack on sight. This time I'm seeing the same. Sometimes they act as allies, sometimes they attack on sight. Can someone explain tome how this is supposed to work? because I don't get why one wolf is an ally and the next one tries to kill me like it normally would if I'm supposed to have this blessing.
