Spider Drone!

Hey guys I have an awesome idea for one of you talented mod authors out there to try!

 

I play as a stealth character and sometimes I find it hard to sneak up on people especially in really tight areas like insides hallways. So I propose a new mod... Spider Drones!

 

So the basic premise is that you can craft a spider drone that can be dropped and once its deployed it will act as a companion.

 

Now, the next thing I envision is that you will be able to issue it commands via your Pip-boy via a holotape.

 

And finally, the coolest part but possibly the hardest to accomplish, you are able to take direct control over it and you see it's perspective to scout out an area before you even get close.

 

Now I'm thinking you can upgrade it so that you can add recon sensors to it, night vision, all that good stuff to really make it into a stealth characters wet dream.

 

I'm also open to other ideas if anybody wants to tag on that think this basic foundation might be missing.

 

I think it would be a hard mod to make but other modders have done similar things, I believe in Falskaar for Skyrim that mod author made it so you could control a drauger and since its the same game engine and creation kit, it should be theoretically do-able.
