Alistairs Approval Rating Bug (goes from Love to Neutral) please help!

I noticed that when I returned to Arl Eamons estate after finishing the "Captured!" quest I didnt get any romance options like "can I speak to you privately" with Alistair anymore and my dialogue was different from a guide I was reading on how to rule beside Alistair, I didnt have much dialogue options with him either, just one where I told him he'd be a fine king and afterwards I couldnt say anything else when I know there should have been other dialogues to encourage him and his "tell me about the Grey Wardens" option was gone too so I decided to look at his approval rating thinking it might have gone down for some reason but it was at 100 except that it no longer says "Love".. its now neutral. I loaded back my previous saves and it seemed to have started during or a little bit before the sacred ashes quest? is there any fix to this without starting over and losing 78 hours of gameplay..? :(

Another odd thing that I noticed is that when I left the estate he went back to saying "something you need, my dear?" and I got the romance options back and was able to ask about the Grey Wardens again but his approval is still at neutral.

I assumed that it was part of it but why is his approval at neutral though? I'm worried it will affect the ending I get :\ I asked another friend this and she told me she had the same bug but just not in the same place and that his approval wasn't supposed to go back to neutral and there was a topic too way back in 2009 that described the same issue (Alistair's approval randomly going back to neutral) and people told them it was a bug but no answers as to how to fix the problem and like I said this love-to-neutral bug happened back in the urn of the sacred ashes quest, also another thing I like to mention is when we first got to Eamons estate before we were captured I WAS able to do the romance options.
