Problem with custom meshes in CS

I've been making my Cheydinhal house look a bit nicer with a whole bunch of custom meshes from various other mods. In the CS everything looks fine but when I load up the game, all the custom meshes from other peoples mods are gone leaving just a bunch of floating books and other vanilla meshes. Is there a way around this?

The oblivion CS won't let you create an ESP that is dependent on another ESP. I do believe that using CSE will let that happen. (Construction Set Extender) Otherwise, need to ESMify the mods you want to use for the items in question, create your mod, then ESPify the mods again.
