Any mod to dim the lights on the strip?

From a distance and from right outside the gate to the New Vegas strip the city lights appear too bright and unrealistic. It looks like the sun landed there, just a big bright yellow ball. I didnt see anything related to this in my searches. Is there a mod or a tweak for this? Thanks!
