marabunta5
I'll keep my music on (Winamp off :P ) though probably lower than other sounds or all on max Anyways ill be keeping it on =)
Cyberote
I'll probably turn the music down a bit. Sometimes in Oblivion, the music would roar over peoples voices and it would just annoy me. I like playing with it off though. Battle music tells me there's something attacking me and I don't like that. I like to find out the hard way lol
Gnasker
TES music is a must for me! It helps me keep my focus on the game and forget that there is a world beyond Tamriel. And who doesn't want that?Though as the post above; it has to be turned down so it's lower than the ingame sound
Igetbabes
i might play my own music
mikedepreston
I read somewhere that they have tamed the sudden attack of battle music and indeed the music isn't always on by default anyway, it comes and goes. I will have the game music on until it starts to get a bit repetitive then I'll use music from my own collection.
gretzky99
In past ES games, I always used the music. But I got so sick of the music on Oblivion, that I am going to immediately mute the music of Skyrim. Maybe some time in the future, I will play it. Lowk
Jeremy Soule is my hero. I'm studying music theory and composition, and analyzing his soundtracks from TES is a lot of fun! I always leave music on for the first playthrough, but I leave it lower than the other sounds. Good music makes a huge difference in the feel of the game world, but after a few dozen hours it can start to grate...
TehGorgy
I love the feeling of seeing a huge awesome world filled with the epic ES music too much to ever turn it off. I doubt I'll ever play the game with no music. Edited October 23, 2011 by TehGorgy
FastBlackCat
I'm definitely keeping the music on. For me, the music sets the stage for playing the game, especially when the soundtrack is wonderful. Jeremy Soule and Inon Zur are two of my favorites.
