stone30
I am wondering since shivering isle esp is blank is it safe to rename unofficial shivering isle esp to shivering islewill my game explode??
Maskar
It doesn't seem to be completely blank, so probably best to not replace it.

JDFan
IT is there for a reason -- the BSA files that have the same name and holds many of the assets used will not load if there is not an .esp of the same name (or you edit your .ini file to add it) -- so if you rename the .esp you need to also rename the DLCShiveringIsles - Mshes.bsa ,DLCShiveringIsles -Voices.bsa, DLCShiveringIsles - Sounds.bsa, and DLCShiveringIsles -Textures.bsa or the game will not be able to find any of the files located in them (so not literally explode but definitely have problems if you do not change them all ! David Brasher
I think you are going to lose every bit of your voiced dialog if you change the name. In the Shivering Isles, the people won't have audible voices, their lips won't move, and the text will flash past so quickly that you can't read it. Fonger
renaming the esp is equivalent to un-checking the esp so try unchecking it to see what happens then you will know

Worse case you rerename them back to the original names and then you know !
