joe3660
Recently, I have been coming back to Skyrim and of course, been modding. The same PC on my old skyrim modded about half a year ago could handle the max amount of plugins, while my PC now won't let the game go over 30 FPS. The funny thing about it is that no matter how many new mods I activate graphics wise, the FPS won't DECREASE OR INCREASE. I have tried- FPS BoostersDisabling ModsEditing Skyrim.ini and Skyrimprefs.iniEnblocal.inienbseries.iniChanging graphics to lowest in launcherAdding more RAM/Game Priority I am at my wits end and I am done trying to fix it myself. Thank you for the help in advance. Suvanto
Your load order does not seem to be sorted out correctly. Start from that and see if it helps. I do not see exceptions here, so you can just run LOOT. Remember that initializing does not sort your load order. Click three lines and then APPLY, ones tool has finished running. joe3660
Thank You for the quick response. I did what you said and updated my loot and load order which you can see below. Although I did what you said, there was absolutely no change in my game performance. # This file was automatically generated by Mod Organizer.Skyrim.esmUpdate.esmDawnguard.esmHearthFires.esmDragonborn.esmUnofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.espApachiiHair.esmMagicDuelReborn.esmETaC - RESOURCES.esmRaceCompatibility.esmHoldsResources.esmUnique Dragon Priest Masks.espAuriel's Divine Bow.espTheEyesOfBeauty.espHothtrooper44_Armor_Ecksstra.espAnimated Dragon Wings.espEnhancedLightsandFX.espFS_UltimateAssortment.espDuel - Combat Realism.espETaC - Complete.espSkyUI.espDual Sheath Redux.espMore Draconic Dragon Aspect - Powered Edition.espMore Draconic Dragon Aspect - Wings and Tail.espWetandCold.espFudou Myouou.espdD - Realistic Ragdoll Force - Realistic.espmintylightningmod.espWetandCold - Ashes.espImmersive Citizens - AI Overhaul.espAOS.espDeadlyDragons.espdD - Enhanced Blood Main.espAOS2_WetandCold Patch.espAOS2_EBT Patch.espBook Covers Skyrim.espFNIS.espPurewaters.espPureweather.espAuto Unequip Ammo.espRaceMenu.espRaceMenuPlugin.espSabreFurBag.espSkyrim Immersive Creatures.espImmersive Orc Strongholds.espSkyFalls + SkyMills + DG + DB.espSkyrim Radioactive - Solitude Docks.espGuard Dialogue Overhaul.espOBIS.espOBISDB.espSkyrim Immersive Creatures - DLC2.espELFX - Weathers.espTrueStorms.espImmersive Whiterun.espImmersive Solstheim.espAOS2_TrueStorms Patch.espTrueStorms-PureWeather.espHothtrooper44_ArmorCompilation.esp1nivWICCloaksNoGuards.espLilarcor.espLuna_GoV.espFNISspells.espImmersive Citizens - RRR patch.espSMIM-Merged-All.espWindPath.espImmersive Patrols II.espCinematicFireFX.espETaC - Dragon Bridge South.espSFO - Dragonborn.espSkyFalls Dragonborn Small waterfalls.espSkyrim Flora Overhaul.espHoldsModularUSLEEPCompatibilityPatch.espImmersive Music.espPaladinArtifactsAndArmor.espdD-DG-DB-Immersive Creatures EBT Patch.espSuccubusRaceLite.espUnique Uniques.espAOS2_GDO Patch.espVioLens.espstranger_danger.espiHUD.esplswesMAIN.espAlternate Start - Live Another Life.espDual Sheath Redux Patch.esp
repusDude
New PC = more free ram and less background programs running Old PC = possible more background programs running and less free ram. In other words, the older it is, slower it can get. If you can, remove some mods (those certain mods can reduce FPS). Less mods = maybe more FPS. joe3660
I tried a removal of all the mods, and turmed off all intensive programs. The problem isn't my PC it might be something wrong with the game. Edit: I've tried to turn off my ENB, Weather mod, lighting mod all at the same time and frames didn't go up a bit. joe3660
I disabled all my plugins and opened skyrim without SKSE and without any mods AT ALL, it is still staying at 24 - 30fps. I am using the enbseries to tell me my FPS in game, but without the ENB itself. I am honestly flustered here. The FPS just won't move. I started the game with all the DLC and the unofficial legendary patch. Also, I don't know where the fps limiter is in steam, if there even is one, Edited June 10, 2016 by joe3660

Check out if its up to date or not. if nvidia, right click and go to control panel, and look there, or search for updates.
joe3660
So, I went to AMD downloaded everything new, and configured specifics for the game skyrim. I entered the game, and everything was extremely bright, but bareable, and it was a at a glorious 60 FPS the entire time, but now comes the bad part. I think I overused my graphics card, because about 3-4 minutes into gameplay my entire computer just shut down completely with warning and I had to open it up again and it said something about shutting down incorrectly. My PC really doesn't want me to play Skyrim, but I will find a way. I tested the light bug, with all mods turned off and It was still there, so It is definitely not a problem with mods. Also, when I try to open the skyrim launcher, it tries to configure my settings but then crashes, and even after validating it still does it. Suvanto
Just to be sure that your master files have not been damaged and your configuration files have not been messed up, try validating files again, but this time clear the appcache folder and remove configuration files from Documents > My Games > Skyrim. if you made some needed configurations to Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini, then write them up, but test the game first without them. I have instructions how to validate files with cleared cache in Steam Skyrim forum. Wording is a bit bad, because you do not actually need to delete the folder, but only what is inside of it. I will rewrite it soon. [Quick link] Validating master fileshttp://steamcommunity.com/app/72850/discussions/0/535150948617437868/
